Information we collect
We collect the contact, vehicle, appointment, quote, enquiry, invoice, warranty, payment-record, and feedback information you submit. Phone OTP is handled by Firebase Authentication. Appointment photos are uploaded by authorised studio staff.
How it is used
We use this information to respond, schedule work, deliver services, maintain customer and financial records, issue warranties, prevent abuse, and show your records after OTP sign-in. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and security
The website uses Google Firebase for authentication, database, file storage, hosting, abuse protection, and owner-device push notifications. An owner device that enables notifications registers a revocable browser token and limited device information. Customer push notifications are not currently enabled. Access is controlled by authenticated identity and security rules. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Conversion measurement
The website includes a provider-independent event foundation for non-personal actions such as service views, quote starts, bookings, calls, WhatsApp, directions, gallery views, and review links. No external analytics provider is configured by this code, and the event contract does not accept names, phone numbers, emails, OTPs, registrations, notes, record IDs, invoices, warranties, or customer photos.
Retention and requests
Business, tax, warranty, security, and service records are retained for their operational or legal period. You may request access or correction by contacting the studio at 7660938918. Deletion may be limited where records must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or warranty purposes.
