Information we collect

We collect the contact, vehicle, appointment, quote, enquiry, invoice, warranty, payment-record, and feedback information you submit. Phone OTP is handled by Firebase Authentication. Appointment photos are uploaded by authorised studio staff.

How it is used

We use this information to respond, schedule work, deliver services, maintain customer and financial records, issue warranties, prevent abuse, and show your records after OTP sign-in. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and security

The website uses Google Firebase for authentication, database, file storage, hosting, and abuse protection. Access is controlled by authenticated identity and security rules. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and requests

Business, tax, warranty, security, and service records are retained for their operational or legal period. You may request access or correction by contacting the studio at +917660938918. Deletion may be limited where records must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or warranty purposes.
