Appointment requests

Dates and time windows submitted online are preferences, not confirmed slots. An appointment is confirmed only when the studio accepts it. Online cancellation or replacement is available until the vehicle-received stage; later changes require contacting the studio.

Inspection, scope, and price

Website prices are starting estimates. Final scope, price, duration, expected outcome, and any limitations are agreed after inspecting the vehicle. Existing damage, material condition, and prior repair work can affect results.

Payments, coupons, and warranties

Payments are recorded manually by the owner; the site does not process online payments. Coupons apply only when active and eligible and cannot reduce a bill below zero. A warranty exists only when a linked warranty record is issued, and its stated coverage, start date, and expiry apply.

Customer responsibilities
